Most people would want off this ride — and I did too. After decades of ups and downs, I finally found the way to step off for good.

🌟 My 40-Year Yo-Yo Story

I am living proof that the yo-yo roller coaster is a nightmare. Years of losing and regaining destroyed my metabolism to the point that, for a long time, I couldn’t lose any weight at all.  


Every pound I lost was a battle. I could spend weeks starving myself to lose a single pound—only to gain it back in two days of eating what most people would consider normal food. It was demoralizing.  


The problem wasn’t that I ate poorly—I’ve always been a fairly healthy eater. The real issue was that the programs I tried weren’t designed to set me up for success and literally destroyed my metabilsm. Once I was “on my own,” the weight crept back on.  

What Finally Made the Difference

What finally made the difference? Focusing on nutrients.


With this plan:

  • I use simple tools to handle cravings (a couple bites of sauerkraut, a few dark chocolate chips).
  • I’ve learned balance, not extremes.
