Here you'll find honest feedback from people who have explored the Thrive materials and, as our community grows, from those who have put the system into practice.
We're beginning with early reviewers who generously shared their first impressions of the workbooks and resources before launch. Their comments reflect their review of the materials, not personal weight-loss results.
As more people begin their own Thrive journeys, we'll share their experiences here, too.

“My first overall impression is 'WOW!' It is interesting, informative, easy to follow after looking through a few of the pages and sections. I must admit when I first started reading, I was asking, 'but, where is the recipe for...?'
But, as you page through and keep going, it becomes obvious and easy to follow. Everything is there; there is no guessing about what, where and when. For the amount of time that I know you have expended on this labor of love I think the price is very reasonable, if not too reasonable.
We all know how much weight loss programs cost, so, with all of the information you receive with this program, the cost is really small and doable, when compared to other programs, especially those which you sign up for and pay for continually.
I am thoroughly impressed with the system; I think it's easy to understand and follow. What I like most about it is the genuineness I feel from you trying to help others succeed, leaving nothing to chance for them."

“I really like how Thrive is organized and how easy it is to follow. The kitchen staples list is especially helpful because it makes shopping easier and ensures you have ingredients on hand.
I appreciate the specific food recommendations, including brands and portion details, which take away a lot of the guesswork. I also love that the plan includes takeout options, making it flexible for everyday life.
The recipes offer a great variety of familiar meals made healthier, and I especially appreciate the storage and reheating instructions. Many of the meals are things my kids would enjoy, too, so I wouldn't have to prepare separate dinners for my family.
The weekly nutritional summaries are another great feature. Overall, I think the workbooks are thoughtfully organized, practical, and full of helpful information.”

“I really like the shopping lists and how you show when to cook and use the leftovers. That would save a lot of thinking about what to eat every day.
The three books make sense to me too. Start Here explains the idea, then there’s the eight-week plan to follow, and All Meals when you want more choices.
I haven’t tried the plan, but I like having everything planned out together. That’s probably my favorite part!”
